About Richard Kerkham
Licensed Conveyancer and Principal, Richard Kerkham, has been serving the Blue Mountains and the Hawkesbury since entering the business world in 1972. Twenty years service in the Rural/State Banks has given Richard an insight into the real property purchasers'/sellers' relationships with their lender and vice-versa. In addition, his experience and knowledge of the fascinating world of land law, which has evolved over the centuries, gives Richard the ability to advise on all aspects of freehold and leasehold land titles. This experience supports Richard's qualifications of an Advanced Diploma in Business (Conveyancing) and an Advanced Certificate in Real Estate, to give buyers and sellers of real estate the best possible advice.
